Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Sunday.

New Zealand Domestic Shipping
We deliver nationwide via courier. Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days. Rural addresses may require an additional 1–2 working days.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

International Shipping
We ship worldwide; international orders are delivered within 7-10 working days from dispatch. shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on om your location and size.
