Returns

We offer a 30‑day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
